Drive Growth Where Distribution Meets Demand

Fortem is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Executive to manage and expand our presence across the Davao Region. This role focuses on strengthening dealer networks, increasing distribution coverage, and consistently delivering sales performance within a competitive, field-based environment.

This position is well-suited for sales professionals who understand provincial territory management, distributor dynamics, and dealer engagementparticularly within construction materials, building supplies, or similarly structured distribution-led industries.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned Davao territory
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with hardware dealers, distributors, contractors, and key accounts
  • Expand distribution reach and ensure product availability across outlets
  • Execute trade promotions, in-store visibility programs, and pricing strategies
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and dealer engagement
  • Identify and onboard potential new accounts and sub-distributors
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely collections and credit management
  • Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and activity reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum 24 years of field sales experience handling a defined territory
  • Strong exposure to construction materials, building products, or high-volume distribution businesses is highly advantageous
  • Proven experience managing dealers and distributors within a structured sales environment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding territory sales targets
  • Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel within the Davao Region
  • Strong negotiation, account management, and relationship-building skills
  • Organized in sales reporting and territory planning
