Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Taytay. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales and business development activities within their assigned territory. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The Territory Manager will also monitor market trends, provide insights for strategic planning, and ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong knowledge of Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Industry
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Analytical Thinking and Ability to Identify Market Trends
- Proficiency in Planning, Coordination, and Time Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with the local market in Taytay and nearby areas is an advantage
- Driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
