Company Description Cebu Summa Water Lapu-Lapu, Inc. (CSWLL) is a dedicated water solutions provider focused on delivering long-term, sustainable water infrastructure for Lapu-Lapu City. Established in 2019 under a Joint Venture Agreement with the City of Lapu-Lapu, CSWLL develops and operates a Desalinated Water Supply and Distribution Project to meet the growing demand for clean, reliable water. The company will supply up to 60 million liters per day of desalinated seawater using a large-scale Seawater Reverse Osmosis system. Its initial phase includes a major plant in Punta Engaño and a pilot facility in Olango Island to demonstrate the viability of island-based water systems. CSWLL is committed to high-quality, sustainable, and technically sound water services that advance economic growth, public health, and environmental stewardship in the region.

Role Description The Territory Management Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lapu-Lapu, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of assigned service areas within CSWater Lapu-Lapu, Inc. This role involves monitoring water service delivery, supporting implementation of territory plans, and coordinating with internal teams and local stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant operations. The Territory Management Officer tracks service indicators, prepares reports, and assists in resolving operational issues and customer concerns within the territory. The role includes contributing to budgeting inputs, assessing resource needs, and supporting program and project execution to meet service targets. The Territory Management Officer collaborates closely with operations, finance, and management to align territory activities with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and territory assessment.
  • Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers, and for preparing clear reports and presentations.
  • Candidates should possess foundational Finance and Budgeting skills to support cost monitoring, resource planning, and territory-level financial reporting.
  • Candidates should possess Program Management skills to help plan, implement, and monitor initiatives and projects within the assigned territory.
  • Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, public administration, or a related field; experience in utilities, water services, or infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with basic regulatory and compliance requirements, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and on-site in Lapu-Lapu.
