Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Territory HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple locations within a defined territory. This role focuses on ensuring consistent HR execution, supporting operational leaders, and driving employee engagement and compliance across all assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations across multiple sites within the assigned territory
- Partner with site leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention programs
- Handle employee relations concerns and ensure timely resolution of cases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all sites
- Monitor workforce trends and recommend improvements to HR processes
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate with site HR representatives to ensure consistent HR standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 7–10 years of HR experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience handling multi-site or territorial HR operations is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Willing to travel within assigned territory
