Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory growth strategy for the Philippines market.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within government, defense, military, public safety, and law enforcement sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, end users, channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
Drive revenue growth through direct sales activities, strategic business development initiatives, and partner engagement.
Collaborate closely with international sales, engineering, product management, marketing, operations, and technical support teams.
Manage complex sales cycles, public sector procurement processes, and competitive bidding activities.
Deliver product presentations, technical value propositions, and solution-based sales engagements to stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Support channel development and partner enablement to strengthen market coverage.
Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and relevant networking activities.
Travel regularly throughout the territory to engage customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Non-Negotiables

8+ years of sales experience within one or more of the following sectors:
- Tactical communications
- Wireless communications
- Mission-critical communications
- Defense technologies
- Radio communications and networking solutions
Proven experience selling to government organizations and public sector entities.
Strong exposure to military, defense, law enforcement, or public safety customers.
Demonstrated success in business development and territory expansion.
Understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and bidding cycles.
Knowledge of wireless communication systems, RF technologies, tactical networking, or similar communications solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of operating independently in a highly autonomous role.
Based in the Philippines and willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Good-to-Haves

Experience with MANET, tactical communications, secure wireless networks, or defense communication solutions.
Existing relationships within defense, military, government, or public safety organizations.
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or reseller networks.
Former military or defense sector background.
Exposure to international or regional APAC sales environments.
