Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan to achieve sales targets and expand access to Sandoz products.
  • Engage key prescribers and stakeholders through strategic, compliant, and value‑driven interactions.
  • Conduct daily sales calls, product detailing, presentations, and RTDs using the Sandoz selling model with strong patient‑centric messaging.
  • Implement marketing activities, track execution, and ensure accurate reporting through Scout and other Sandoz systems.
  • Distribute product samples according to SOPs while maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  • Ensure product availability in key branches, coordinate with trade partners, and support placement and stock optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and deliver actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
  • Submit call plans, itineraries, and expense reports on time, and collaborate closely with cross-functional and distributor teams.

Essential Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • Strong capability to conduct value-based conversations and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and engaging through multiple channels.
