The Feeder Terminal Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned transport terminals to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused public transport services.

This role supervises terminal personnel, coordinates vehicle dispatch and passenger movement, monitors contracted transport operations, and ensures compliance with transport regulations and company standards. The position also plays a key role in maintaining service reliability, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvements in terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of assigned feeder terminals to ensure smooth and efficient terminal activities.
  • Monitor vehicle dispatching, passenger flow, and contracted transport trips to ensure service schedules are met.
  • Lead and supervise terminal personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Address operational issues, customer concerns, and on-site incidents, implementing timely and appropriate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with drivers, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.
  • Monitor terminal facilities, equipment, and overall terminal readiness, escalating maintenance concerns when necessary.
  • Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and passenger experience.
  • Support the Terminal Manager in achieving operational, safety, and customer service objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of supervisory experience in transport, logistics, warehousing, distribution, fleet management, airport or seaport operations, manufacturing, or other operations-intensive environments.
  • Proven experience leading frontline teams and managing daily operations.
  • Familiarity with transport regulations, workplace safety standards, and operational compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.
