Description

Overview:

Sr. Terminal Inventory and Hub Management Lead plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the end-to-end lifecycle management of terminals from inventory intake to reuse, offboarding, and storage across regional hub operations. This role oversees terminal inventory, backend configuration coordination, and regional hub performance, while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and measurable cost efficiencies. The role requires a hands-on operational mindset and strong ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and collaborate cross-functionally at scale.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee the full terminal inventory lifecycle including receiving, kitting, storage, movement, pull-out, offboarding, reset, and reuse across HQ and regional hubs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and reconciliation to maintain high inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Manage and standardize nationwide hub operations across NCR, Luzon, and VisMin.
  • Ensure hubs meet SLA, quality, compliance, and security requirements. Plan capacity, buffer stock, and replenishment strategies while proactively addressing operational risks and bottlenecks.
  • Oversee and coordinate backend configuration readiness related to inventory activities, including terminal provisioning, pairing, and activation support.
  • Act as an escalation point for inventory-related backend issues and work closely with Tech, Product, and Onboarding teams to resolve concerns
  • Manage inventory, warehousing, kitting, and logistics vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, validate billing and charges, and drive cost controls and efficiencies aligned with contractual agreements.
  • Lead initiatives to simplify and standardize inventory and hub workflows.
  • Drive automation projects that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, strengthen controls, and support operational scalability while delivering measurable cost savings.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 45 years of relevant experience in operations, deployment logistics, or backend systems
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in management position handling cross-functional teams
  • Prior exposure to fintech, logistics, or fast-paced environments is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with POS Terminal is a plus
  • Willingness to work onsite and coordinate with field teams or vendors
