Job Description
SOLIZE is seeking a Business Development Manager – Simulation Solutions (Andrapradesh/Telangana) to
drive new business acquisition and account growth across Government (Aerospace,
Defence, PSUs, R&D Labs) and Commercial (OEMs, Tier-1s, private enterprises) sectors.
The role involves promoting MSC Software and VI-Grade simulation solutions, identifying
customer engineering challenges, and proposing value-based software solutions. The
candidate will lead regional sales efforts, manage key accounts, and collaborate with
internal technical teams to deliver high-impact results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in selling Mechanical Engineering Software Solutions (CAD / CAE / Simulation tools).
Proven track record in software sales or business development within reputed engineering or technology companies.
Strong understanding of CAD, CAE, Simulation, and Automation technologies, and their application to solve customer engineering challenges.
Excellent knowledge of Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, and Manufacturing sectors in the Andrapradesh/Telangana region.
Hands-on professional with strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in visualizing and executing business development, sales, and team management in competitive environments.
