Role Description The Tenant Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Marilao, Bulacan. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day relations with mall tenants, including addressing concerns, coordinating operational requirements, and ensuring adherence to mall policies and standards. The Tenant Relations Officer regularly conducts tenant visits, monitors store operations and visual presentation, and collaborates with internal departments to resolve issues promptly. The role also supports tenant onboarding and renewals, assists with promotional and marketing activities, and gathers feedback to improve overall tenant satisfaction and mall performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in customer and client relations, with the ability to build positive, professional relationships with tenants.
• Strong communication skills, including clear business writing, effective verbal communication, and confident presentation abilities.
• Experience in basic operations coordination, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-through on tenant requests and concerns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as leasing, marketing, and mall operations.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or commercial environment; prior experience in mall management, property management, or retail operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and basic reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. Preferably an Engineer or an Architect.
• Willingness to work on-site in Marilao, Bulacan, including weekends and holidays as mall operations require.
