The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and helping to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Manage and update customer database in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a professional relationship until closing sales.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing role.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages (if applicable).
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
