  • Supervise, coach, motivate and build Telesales team spirit.
  • Present new ideas and policies to improve performance.
  • Work within your team's KPI data, create and execute weekly/monthly/ quarterly improvement plan.
  • Be an example of a star performer and coach subordinates
  • Achievement of assigned team targets of daily calls.
  • Achievement of assigned team deposit targets from outbound calling
  • Achievement of assigned team target in terms of new player acquisition.
  • Achievement of assigned team revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate
  • 1-3 years proven experience in a telesales or phone-based sales role.
  • Excellent Telemarketing techniques and skills
  • 1+ years experience in a team lead and/or coaching position.
  • With good track record of meeting or exceeding department quotas.
