The Role
As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Telesales Sky Branch Unit and ensuring that all campaigns achieve quantitative goals, resulting in increased product base, activations, bookings, and profitability.
How you'll contribute
- Coordinates with internal product partners and departments to resolve system and equipment issues, manage access requests, support recruitment/training, and ensure MIS assistance.
- Manages telesales associates/agents through performance monitoring, coaching, mentoring, attendance tracking, and call quality checks to drive campaign success.
- Communicates and cascades product information, marketing promotions, campaign execution details, and targets to agents via presentations, emails, and sales tools to align with business objectives.
- Monitors agent productivity using dialer systems to optimize performance and achieve team targets
- Implements company rules, regulations, and compliance policies using manuals, handbooks, and memos to guide agent evaluation and recommendations.
What we're looking for
- Must have 35 years of relevant experience in telesales, sales operations, or customer service leadership.
- Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to cascade information clearly and effectively across teams.
- With strong organizational and leadership skills to manage daily operations, agent performance, and campaign execution.
- Has the ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments for system access, issue resolution, recruitment, training, and MIS support.
- Must be able to monitor production and optimize agent productivity to meet campaign targets and key metrics.
- Has a strong understanding of compliance requirements, with the ability to implement company rules, regulations, and policies.
- With analytical skills to evaluate agent performance, team productivity, and campaign outcomes.
