Overview

We welcome candidates from the Philippines. Willia Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Specialist to support our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and generating qualified leads through effective communication and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads

- Promote and explain finance-related services clearly and confidently

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

- Follow up with prospects to close or advance sales opportunities

- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the system

- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

- Work closely with the sales and operations team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or tele-sales (mandatory)

- Prior experience in sales-based calling roles preferred

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Comfortable handling rejection and high-volume calling

- Basic understanding of finance services is an advantage

- Goal-driven and performance-oriented mindset
