The Telesales Specialist is mainly responsible for direct contact with potential customers. They are to actively reach out to existing potential customers to offer product and service of Sumisho.
JOB SCOPE
The Telesales Specialist is expected to achieve daily and month-on-month daily target.
Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer's convenience.
The Telesales Specialist will be expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve targets set by the organization.
The representative reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of Any Course
Experience: With encoding experience in Excel for Bank/ Financing/ Sales/ Telesales/ Direct or Indirect Marketing Backgrounds
