Telesales Specialist

About the role

Contact potential customers by phone, introduce the company's cash loan and installment products, and drive customers to complete registration, document submission, and application steps. The core objective is to improve application conversion and submission volume.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone and introduce the company's cash loan and installment products
• Drive customers to complete registration, document submission, and application steps
• Improve application conversion and submission volume
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls while meeting strict performance targets and KPIs
• Proactively engage customers and drive application completion

About you

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call center sales is required
• Experience selling financial products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, or handling e-commerce conversion campaigns is highly preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to proactively engage customers and drive application completion
• Results-driven mindset with a positive attitude toward target-based performance assessments
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Senior High School graduate or higher.
• Able to communicate effectively and independently in English over the phone
• Basic computer proficiency, including the use of spreadsheets, system remarks and notes
• Willing to work onsite and operate in a performance-oriented environment
