Job Description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

Call leads from an existing database of current clients to introduce a new financial product
Answer incoming calls regarding cash loans and close a sale
Close a sale through proper product positioning
Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets
Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training
Attends monthly department townhalls.
Works on a shifting schedule (holidays and weekends as needed)
Strictly adheres/ follows company Employee Discipline Policy and Guidelines
Regularly participates in available and relevant business and systems training
Regularly shares selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

With at least 6 months of sales work experience (formal face to face / retail / telemarketing)
Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
Must have basic computer skills
Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
Willing to work in Vertis, Quezon City
At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
