Telesales Executive (Malaysia Market)
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Telemarketer to join our team. You will be based in the Philippines (onsite)
but working the Malaysia market. Core responsibilities include making outbound
calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services, generating
qualified leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal
candidate is an excellent communicator, comfortable working towards targets,
and able to engage effectively with clients across diverse backgrounds in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across the Malaysian market
Introduce our company's products and services professionally and articulate value propositions
Schedule appointments and hand over highly qualifiedleads to the sales team
Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, and messaging platforms to nurture leads
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clientsacross various industries
Accurately record customer interactions, lead status, and activities in the CRM system
Achieve weekly and monthly calls, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and maximise conversion opportunities
Required Qualifications
At least 13 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or outbound sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional local language (Malaysia) proficiency is an advantage (Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin)
Confident in handling outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred
Experience selling HR, recruitment, SaaS, or B2B solutions is an advantage
