Job Functions
Enhance customer loyalty and reduce attrition by proactively engaging unassigned customers, addressing
concerns, and preserving ANP through retention and lapse prevention.
Nurture and convert assigned leads, including campaign-sourced and existing customers, by conducting
needs assessments and reselling relevant products through virtual or in-person engagement.
Stay knowledgeable about insurance products and services, attend trainings regularly, and use this
knowledge to advise customers and answer their questions effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retained unassigned customers, providing a personalized
experience to support future reselling opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports as necessary.
- Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other
requirements.
Job Requirements
- Must be college graduate
- With outbound tele sales experience
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
