Job Description
As Telesales Associate, the primary role will be the following:
- To contact potential players and persuade them to sign up, make deposit and play on the website.
- The goal is to increase the companys customer base and revenue by successfully promoting games and promotions through phone conversation.
Daily Tasks
- Making outbound calls to potential players and engaging them in conversation Providing information about the games, promotions, and bonuses
- Answering questions and addressing concerns that potential players may have
- Encouraging potential players to sign up, make a deposit, and play on the website
- Following up with potential players who have expressed interest but have not yet taken action
- Recording accurate and detailed notes about each call and player interaction
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential players over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve goals consistently
- Knowledge of slot games, live casino, and sports betting; including games, promotions, and bonuses is an advantage
- Highschool Graduates and College Undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Can work 6 Days a week
