The Role
As a Telesales Associate, you are responsible for achieving channel and campaign targets through telemarketing callouts. Promote the Better Banking experience to all customers of the bank by offering various sales and marketing products, promotions, services and programs.
How you'll contribute:
- Conducts callouts to existing and new customers of the bank by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems and other telecommunication technologies to market product features and present benefits of the products accurately and persuasively and gather relevant client information needed to process application or requests.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency of client information via system access, dialer tools and quality control measures to achieve on-time and proper processing of applications/ requests and preventing customer complaints.
- Adhere to company rules and regulations using manuals, handbooks and memos pertaining to compliance to the policies and procedures based on the bank's guidelines.
- Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any filed/courses
- With effective communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Open to managing sales quota.
- Experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage, but not required.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.
