Job Description

Engage with potential customers via chat and outbound calls to convert leads into sales.
Proactively understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Work collaboratively with the team to drive revenue growth.
Education: College level or higher.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in chat sales and/or outbound telesales. Experience in local insurance sales is a plus.
Sales & Customer Focus: Strong ability to persuade, engage, and close sales.
Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed.
