Getmeds Philippines Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-driven
Telesales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on managing and supporting our B2B accounts in the pharmaceutical industry by engaging professional doctors through outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical products, provide accurate information, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to professional doctors to introduce, promote, and sell pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure trust, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
- Present product features, benefits, and usage information clearly, adhering to company and industry standards.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed telesales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by the company.
- Maintain an updated customer database and ensure accuracy in call logs and records.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and newly released products to improve sales conversations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills, with the ability to engage professionally with doctors.
- Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales over the phone.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail in managing client records.
- Tech-savvy, proficient MS Office applications, and virtual communication tools.
