Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site rolefor an
Account Manager -
Telesales
based in Quezon City. The Telesales will be responsible for generating sales
opportunities, contacting potential customers through outbound calls, and
promoting the company's products and services. Daily tasks include lead
generation, qualifying prospects, presenting product offerings, addressing
customer inquiries, following up on leads, and achieving individual sales
targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer
interactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer
experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related sales role
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in the technology, financial services, BPO, or related industries is preferred
