We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong focus on meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the SEA region.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
