Job Description

  • Responsible for handling telephony and mobility systems of the Bank.
  • Technical support for Telephone related concerns
  • Technical support for mobility related concerns
  • Analyzes financial impact and operational expenses for Telephony and Mobility infrastructure of the Bank
  • Oversees Telephony infrastructure
  • Coordination to Telco for related Telephony and Mobility concerns

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Has knowledge and background on call flow development;
  • Applications: Microsoft, WebSphere, Eclipse, NetBeans, Postman, Aspect, Twilio, Cisco, Cloud PABX, Zoom Phone or any contact center platform;
  • Has knowledge on API integrations and development;
  • Has extensive knowledge on Telephony Infrastructure and integrations;
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas (fully onsite)
