Provide Assistance to patients and doctors for Teleconsultation needs.

Telemedicine Patient Support
Provides assistance topatientsregardingtelemedicine-related inquiries and concerns.

Contacts patients via email or phone to address scheduling matters.

Issues Letters of Authorization (LOA) to patients asrequired.

Troubleshoots and resolves basic telemedicineplatformand connectivity issues.

Consultation Coordination
Coordinates consultation schedules andfacilitatescommunication between patients and doctors.

Manages and organizes daily consultation schedules for assigned physicians to ensuretimelyand efficient operations.

Reporting and Documentation
Prepares andconsolidatesconsultation summary data for daily or periodic accomplishment reports.

Stakeholder Communication
Serves as a liaison between doctors andMediCardto support smooth coordination and information flow.

Additional Duties
Performs other administrative and operationaltasks asassigned from time to time.
