Job description:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Telesales, Push Selling, Direct Channel Sales, Leadership skills, Presentation skills
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the day to day operation of the Telesales team.
• Oversees daily assignment of Sales Leads and assigns to telesales agents.
• Maintains and protects the integrity of the information encoded in the system.
• Monitors all account related transactions beginning with lead generation, contact, conversion and booking of loans.
• Performance Management monitoring for Tele Sales agents in terms of performance improvement, recognition and handling of administration and disciplinary actions for the Tele Sales team.
