About the role
The Channel Sales Lead is responsible for achievement of the objectives set by Department in terms of managing the sales leads, ensuring conversion and closing of approved accounts as bookings. The management of the assigned Telesales Specialists and ensuring achievement of individual KPI's through coaching, training and performance monitoring.
