About the role

The Channel Sales Lead is responsible for achievement of the objectives set by Department in terms of managing the sales leads, ensuring conversion and closing of approved accounts as bookings. The management of the assigned Telesales Specialists and ensuring achievement of individual KPI's through coaching, training and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • The Channel Sales Lead will also be required to handle a portion of the monthly sales leads – process application, convert approvals to bookings and to finally contribute to the target.
  • Expected to propose and draft programs to improve Top Up offering and processing.
  • Prepares the necessary forms for the operations of the Top Up.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course

Required Skills

  • With experience in banking/financing/Sales/Telesales/Direct or Indirect Marketing
