Telemarketing Specialist (High-Volume Outbound | Appointment Setting)

We are looking for a highly driven and competitive Telemarketing Specialist to join a fast-growing insurance agency. This role is focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting — ideal for candidates who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily (300–500+)
• Generate leads and set appointments for licensed agents
• Gather basic customer information for quoting
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in outbound sales / telemarketing
• Comfortable with high call volume and repetitive tasks
• Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection
• Goal-oriented and competitive mindset
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• Insurance or sales campaign experience
• Experience using dialers or CRM tools
