Telemarketing Specialist

Delegate Sales/ (events guesting experience preferred)

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Delegate Guesting Executive.

As a Delegate Guesting Executive with CXOciety you will be inviting senior officials to our events as VIP guests.

You need to have an excellent telephone manner, be confident speaking to C-level executives and be a target driven individual. Telesales or related sales experience will be an advantage

CXOciety will offer training and a great benefits package.

In return, we need people who can grasp varying IT & Finance topics and hold their own when discussing different challenges that these lines of business are facing. You need to be a confident communicator and hungry to earn lots of commission (it's uncapped!)

Responsibilities:

• Inviting attendance to FutureCIO & FutureCFO & FutureCISO Virtual & in-person events across Asia
• Targeting decision-makers and explain the benefits of attending the virtual and in person events
• Researching and understanding the market
• Working to targets

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience of working in a compatible role which includes telesales especially in virtual events/webinar/round tables/conferences
• Diploma or Degree educated
• Great interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• Emphasising Excellence, creativity and independence
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of clients at all levels
• Excellent time management skills
• A desire to beat the targets that are set for you
• Show no fear in speaking with C-Level executives over the phone
• Transparency – honesty and accuracy are the foundations upon which sales success is built
• Willingness to learn from your line manager and key team members who will guide and

train you in the essential skills set required to excel in your job

• Ownership. You own the work you do and are equally responsible for the successful delivery of it
