- Bachelor's Degree / College graduate
- At least 1 year of telemarketing / sales experience in the pharma industry
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Makes numerous outbound calls and emails to potential clients
- Answering calls from customers
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Recording customer's personal information accurately
- Handles inquiries from existing and new clients and provides details about the products offered to them over the phone.
- Makes sales reports
- Makes sales forecasts for existing customers
- Must be willing to work in Merville, Pasay
