We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share leads.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
