Job Summary:
We are looking for an Telemarketer to join our Marketing team! As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over telephone, and generate new leads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct telesales activities and generate new leads.
- Follow prepared sales scripts to provide accurate information about a product's features and benefits.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Document the customer's personal information, including name, phone number, email, company name, and enquiry details.
- Follow up with calls and emails to secure meetings.
- Work with the company's CRM platform for systematic follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Supervise and guide interns when required.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales/telemarketing.
- Proficient in English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and convert prospects.
- Reliable laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
