- Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking over the phone with a professional attitude.
- Good English communication skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
