Position Summary
The Loan Associate (Telesales) plays a key role in supporting the bank's digital loan acquisition channels. This position is responsible for reviewing online loan applications, conducting applicant verification, and coordinating closely with other internal departments to ensure accurate and compliant processing. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications received through digital channels
- Contact applicants to confirm submitted information and clarify loan details
- Verify supporting documents and ensure all requirements are complete
- Assess basic financial information, including existing credit exposure and repayment capacity
- Input and update customer data accurately in the system
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients at all times
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in telesales, loan processing, customer service, or related roles
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Detail-oriented with good analytical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to report on-site in Ortigas
- Can report immediately
