- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Introduce company services in a clear and friendly manner
- Gather basic client information
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team
- Reach out to lenders and financing businesses
- Understand their current collection and tracking process
- Introduce digital solutions (QR payments, borrower tracking)
- Assist in onboarding and initial setup
- Maintain call logs and reports
What We're Looking For
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Experience in telemarketing or sales preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of borrower/lender dynamics
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Positive attitude and persistence
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
