Telemarketer/ 1 year experience in Lending or Financial Industry

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to assist in reaching out to potential clients,

introducing our services, and generating leads. This role is ideal for candidates who are starting

a career in sales.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Introduce company services in a clear and friendly manner
• Gather basic client information
• Pass qualified leads to the sales team
• Reach out to lenders and financing businesses
• Understand their current collection and tracking process
• Introduce digital solutions (QR payments, borrower tracking)
• Assist in onboarding and initial setup
• Maintain call logs and reports
  
  

What We're Looking For

• At least Senior High School graduate
• Experience in telemarketing or sales preferred
• Good communication skills
• Strong understanding of borrower/lender dynamics
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Positive attitude and persistence
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
