Job Description
We are looking for Technical Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and support clients experiencing technical issues, providing clear solutions and professional guidance.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity issues
- Guide clients with step-by-step solutions
- Document issues and resolutions accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support
- Meet service quality and productivity targets
Schedule & Training
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid technical training provided
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and analytical
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila
