Telecalling work from home

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Telecalling team to work from home. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service, and possess strong communication skills to engage potential customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with leads and provide them with necessary information.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
