Job Description
We are hiring Telco Account Representatives to assist customers with mobile, internet, and telecommunications-related concerns while providing excellent customer service and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, and service inquiries
- Troubleshoot basic mobile, internet, or network-related issues
- Provide information about plans, promos, products, and services
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately
- Escalate unresolved or complex concerns when necessary
- Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on telco systems, products, and customer service processes
Requirements
- Must have 6 months - 1 year call center experience
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
