Job Description

We are hiring Telco Account Representatives to assist customers with mobile, internet, and telecommunications-related concerns while providing excellent customer service and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, and service inquiries
  • Troubleshoot basic mobile, internet, or network-related issues
  • Provide information about plans, promos, products, and services
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately
  • Escalate unresolved or complex concerns when necessary
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training

  • Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on telco systems, products, and customer service processes

Requirements

  • Must have 6 months - 1 year call center experience
  • At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
