Job Description
We are seeking Telco Customer Service Representatives to provide support for customer inquiries, account concerns, and service-related requests while ensuring accurate information and quality service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide guidance on account services, billing, and technical concerns
- Assist with documentation and account-related processes
- Accurately record all customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Maintain service quality and performance standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Paid training on telco systems and company processes
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- No experience required (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
