- Technical lead for key project implementation
- Lead/Assist in the development and technical design of projects
- Resolve technical questions/issues for the customer efficiently and effectively.
- Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer technical inquiries.
- Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
- Extensively research and document customer technical issues.
- Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers, and Partners Technical Assistance Center regularly regarding issue status.
- Collaborate with other Support Groups and Support Engineers to identify high priority issues and engage the Service Delivery and Quality teams.
- Escalate trouble tickets and priority issues to Tier 2 when necessary.
- Provide assessment of existing customer systems and provide recommendations for improvement
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of: Wireless technologies, Networking, CCTV systems and Walkthrough Metal Detectors and Face Recognition Devices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Requirements:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in information technology, Electronics Communication Engineering or any related.
- Knowledge in Cisco Routing and Switching.
- Knowledge of Cisco software technologies, including IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, and NX-OS.
- Knowledge in network security, load balancer and wireless LAN technologies.
- Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting in Data Center Network and Campus LAN Network
- Hands-on experience in deploying network devices, especially Campus and Enterprise Network devices such as firewall, load balancers, Cisco ISE, Catalyst Switches, and Data Center devices such as Nexus Switches and ASR routers.
- Industry-specific certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, or CCNP Security are a significant plus.
