Job Description

- Partner with CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Managers, Technology Directors, and Product Leaders to understand hiring strategies and workforce requirements.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment engagements from market mapping to offer negotiation.
- Source, assess, and advise technology professionals on career opportunities and market conditions.
- Develop a specialist network within your chosen technology vertical and become a trusted advisor in the market.
