Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience handling Technology / IT requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates for roles such as Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, ERP, Data, Cybersecurity, or other IT positions
- Familiar with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Foundit, and other recruitment channels
- Strong candidate screening, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple technology requirements simultaneously
- Good communication and organizational skills
