Technology Project Specialist (Contractual)
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home)
Schedule: Day Shift
Contract: 6 Months (Renewable based on performance and project requirements)
We are looking for a Technology Project Specialist to support and coordinate technology projects from planning to completion. The role involves working with project teams, stakeholders, and business units to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones.
- Prepare and present weekly project status reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and changes.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Document lessons learned and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Project Management or Project Coordination.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum, Waterfall/SDLC, and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with different stakeholders.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
