We're currently seeking a Technology Program Leader (Senior Manager) with an extensive program management and portfolio-level background to join the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) team of a US-based BPO organization serving the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Technology Program Leadership: You will provide end-to-end oversight of high-risk CIO initiatives and regulatory programs by driving delivery governance across multi-disciplinary teams and infrastructure. By monitoring complex progress across ERP, RPA, and data analytics, you ensure realistic planning and early risk escalation to protect critical client commitments.
- Change Management & Executive Reporting: As the primary liaison for C-level leadership, you will provide consolidated status updates and actionable insights using enterprise reporting tools and portfolio dashboards. You are responsible for applying change management principles to drive initiative adoption while monitoring delivery metrics to ensure organizational readiness for roadmap shifts.
- Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: You will facilitate coordination across engineering, security, and operations to resolve dependencies and negotiate trade-offs regarding scope, resourcing, and timelines. By validating that plans are realistic and surfacing risks early, you ensure functional owners and stakeholders remain aligned on initiative-level perspectives and delivery goals.

Qualifications
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Licenses/Certificates: PMP required
- 15+ years in technology program management, etc.
- Demonstrated experience driving complex, multi-team technology initiatives.
- Strong background in enterprise system implementations, infrastructure coordination, cross-product dependencies, or platform engineering.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong capability in risk management, dependency mapping, and cross-functional steering.
- Proven experience with Agile product organizations and the interfaces between product, engineering, infrastructure, and operations.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level strategic initiatives with budgets exceeding $100K
- Experience working within PMO frameworks, standards, and reporting cycles.
