Our Technology team is looking for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join us in Metro Manila as part of our TechStart Program.

Program Details

• 6 month immersive program offering hands-on exposure to banking operations, digital platforms, and customer service
• On-the-job training with guidance and supervision from experienced engineers
• Technical workshops covering Java, Python, SQL, and emerging banking technologies
• Collaborative projects and group problem-solving to build real-world skills
• Regular performance reviews and feedback to support continuous learning and growth

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science or any related field
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 12 months of work experience. Must have graduated no earlier than January 2025, and demonstrate consistent academic performance with no major deficiencies
• Internship or work experience in at least two of the following areas: AI, Python, programming, networking, ITSM tools, SQL, databases, cloud technologies, or data analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
