Job Description

The Technology Facilities Management Analyst is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical facility infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and building management systems. The role supports data center operations, facility projects, audits, and energy efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain critical systems such as DG sets, LT panels, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, and BMS.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and scheduled downtime.
  • Assist in facility setup, installation, commissioning, and site handover/takeover.
  • Support data center operations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for approvals, RCA reports, and updates.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage facility inventory and consumables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (Philippines).
  • 2–3 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or related technical support roles.
  • Knowledge of facility systems (DG, UPS, HVAC, BMS, CCTV, Access Control).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organize and safeguard equipment maintenance records in preparation for external/internal audits
  • Able to work on night shift schedule
  • Able to work Onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • Can start immediately
