Job Function: Lead process for bedding technology. Analyze Strategize, implement, and improve the overall core process for bedding. Recommends process technology options for product innovations, capacity expansion, and automation projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Do research and benchmarking and analysis of the best processes that can be applied to bedding technology.
- Provide and recommend the best process that can help standardize and optimize the cost of material and operations.
- Assist in defining processes for the execution of technologies to fit bedding technology
- Develop/Update process control strategy and process flow chart/ transformation flow sheet
- Document references, standards, and monitoring guides for process owners
- Provide inputs on Cost Benefit Analysis
- Support and lead process-related activities during installation, start-up, and troubleshooting
- Provide process training to shareholders.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- Participated and involvement in productivity improvement programs of the company such as 7S, SGA, QCC, and RGC-PS.
- Religiously comply with the rules and regulations, core values, work instructions, safety, and standard operating procedures.
- Observe cleanliness and conduct 5s good housekeeping program in the workplace as part of compliance with Company Health and Safety Standards.
- Performs cross-functional activities that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the current job.
